    • Starting November 1 or earlier if freezing temperatures are fore-casted, you must have a heated/insulated hose connected to the Park’s faucet from your RV in order to stay connected to the hose bib during the winter months. Riverbend RV Park installs heat tape and insulates all of our water lines.

    • If you do not have a heated/insulated hose you must NOT stay connected to the Park’s faucet. You may fill your water tank and then disconnect your hose from the spigot.

    • If you stay connected to the spigot and you have freeze damage as a result, you may incur the cost of repairs (minimum of $300) to damage done to the RV park’s hose bib and pipes, this will include costs involved in digging and replacing underground pipes.

    • Riverbend RV Park is not liable for any damage which may be caused to your RV as a result of your negligence in disconnecting the water hose in freezing temperature.

    • Skirting must be canvas or vinyl. Hay, foam board and/or tarps are not acceptable.

    • You are responsible to plow your parking space and walkway. We will plow the main roads in the Park when there is 2" or more of snow/ice on them.
